In 2017, he decided to pursue his dreams of owning his own business. He purchased R&J Insulation, where he had been working, and began Stevens Insulation, LLC. Donnie’s goal is to provide high-quality insulation and waterproofing services and the best service in the industry. The company continues to expand to meet our customers’ needs. We now offer a variety of building envelope solutions to commercial, single-family, and multi-family builders and contractors. We pride ourselves on the responsive service and high quality we provide each customer.

DONNIE STEVENS, PRESIDENT

Donnie Stevens brings over 17 years of insulation, firestopping, project management and field experience to every project. His expert knowledge is reflected in his roles of estimating, material management, customer relations and project management.

Donnie applies his knowledge in the planning process to ensure each project has a well thought-out execution plan. He serves as the point of contact for coordinating with field personnel and other trades. Customers appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to do what it takes to make a project successful.

Donnie is a 3M certified installer of proper installation procedures for Penetration Seal, Through Penetration, Flexible Wraps and Construction Joints. He enjoys spending time with his family playing sports, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.

Matt began work with R&J Insulation, Inc. as an insulation installer. With the buyout of the company by Stevens Insulation, LLC, he has taken the position of Superintendent.

Matt’s hobbies include hunting, watching his kids’ sports, golfing, and other outdoor activities.
